At KB Arts & Crafts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.

  1. Return Window
  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After 7 days, we may not be able to accept returns.
  1. Eligibility

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • You have the order number and proof of purchase.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund, as appropriate.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days (bank/processing times may vary).
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
  1. Return Shipping
  • For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • For damaged/defective products confirmed by us, we will guide you on return shipping or arrange pick up where possible.
